Hello, I'm thrilled to announce the launch of HazlePhil LLC, my own consulting firm specializing in eLearning and academic innovation. I am Justin Louder, an experienced educational consultant with a passion for driving transformative change in the field of education.

Currently, I serve as the Associate Vice President for Academic Innovation at Anthology, where I provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance in shaping the future of education. Prior to joining Anthology, I held the role of Associate Vice Provost for eLearning at Texas Tech University, where I played a pivotal role in the development of new, high-demand eLearning degree and certificate programs.

During my tenure, I led Texas Tech University's Worldwide Learning division through a remarkable transformation, establishing regional teaching sites, expanding our online and distance degree program offerings to over 100 diverse programs, and witnessing significant growth in fully online enrollments. This experience, combined with my background as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Angelo State University, has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the eLearning landscape.

With an Ed.D. in Educational Instruction Technology from Texas Tech University, an M.A. in Communication Technology, a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from Angelo State University and an M.P.A. in Governmental Administration from Wayland Baptist University, I possess a solid academic foundation to inform my consulting practice.
